from 1 to infinity

and beyond the sky, my love,

I search for words

for meaning—

rhythmically blended-soulfully twisted.  

at times I wonder why we even 

birth words

when electricity drives us 

towards living. 

desire cares not 

which words we string together

which sentences we complete

or leave dangling
